Here’s a quick recap on last weeks Full Service Constellation course. MEDiSURG likes to keep our training course to a 2-3 max trainees per system on training courses. Ensuring each trainee gets the time to break down the system, get to know the modules, and past their PM final without feeling left behind. Through out the years of training, we found that our trainees learn better and feel less pressure with smaller groups. With bigger groups we have notice there will be a few students that will sit back during class and let the other trainees do all the hands on work. We are a stronger believer of, we do it and then you do it, training technic aka as much hands on as we can get the trainees to do.
